NETA Studio Delivery & Returns Policy
Every NETA Studio piece is crafted with intention. Designed, manufactured, and finished by hand in Johannesburg, South Africa. Our delivery and returns process is designed to ensure that your experience, from order to arrival, reflects the same care and quality that define our work.
DELIVERY
Delivery costs are calculated automatically at checkout.
If you are placing a bulk or trade order, please contact us for a consolidated delivery quote at sales@netastudio.shop.
Should you wish to arrange your own collection, this can be done from our Johannesburg depot. Please contact us in advance to make arrangements and confirm packaging or collection requirements.
Delivery notes:
Our pieces are handcrafted and often made to order. Lead times may vary depending on the scale and material of each piece.
Once your order is ready, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a delivery date.
Delivery does not include installation or placement unless otherwise arranged.
RETURNS
We do not offer refunds; however, we do accept returns and exchanges to ensure your satisfaction.
Because our furniture is made to order, returns or exchanges must be requested within 10 days of receiving delivery. Only goods received in their original, unused condition will be accepted.
If your return is based on style, finish, or size preference (rather than a defect), a collection fee will be charged, and delivery fees are non-creditable.
Please email sales@netastudio.shop with your order number, reason for return, and supporting photos if relevant.
DAMAGES & DEFECTS
If your piece arrives damaged or defective, we will repair or replace it at no cost to you.
Please follow these steps:
- Inspect your order upon delivery.
- If there are any damages, take clear photos of the packaging and product before unwrapping or installing.
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@netastudio.shop, including your order number and photos.
We will assess the situation and arrange for collection if required.
If the item or material needs to be remade, standard production lead times may apply.
CRAFTSMANSHIP & VARIATION
All NETA Studio furniture is handmade using natural materials such as limestone, concrete, wood, and metal.
Slight variations in texture, tone, and finish are inherent to the making process and form part of the piece’s authenticity — these are not considered defects, but a reflection of the human hand and material story.
SHIPPING RETURNS
Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless they are defective or damaged.
All shipping fees are non-refundable.
We recommend using a trackable, insured courier service for all returns, as we cannot be held liable for goods lost or damaged in transit.
For international returns, please contact us first so we can guide you through the process and advise on shipping options.

Gift cards and store credits
Showroom display items sold “as is”
