NETA Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a South African design and manufacturing studio specializing in handcrafted furniture and interior pieces. All products are designed and made in Johannesburg, South Africa, unless otherwise stated.

2. Products and Craftsmanship
All NETA Studio pieces are handcrafted using natural materials such as limestone concrete, wood, and metal.
Slight variations in texture, tone, and finish are inherent to the making process and form part of each piece’s uniqueness. These variations do not constitute defects.
We reserve the right to make minor design adjustments or material substitutions that do not affect the overall aesthetic, quality, or function of the product.
3. Orders and Payments
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
Payments can be made securely online via our approved payment gateway. Orders will only be processed once payment has cleared in full.
For custom commissions or trade orders, a 50% deposit is required to begin production, with the balance payable before dispatch or collection.
4. Lead Times
As our furniture is made to order, lead times vary depending on the scale and complexity of your order.
Estimated lead times are communicated at checkout or upon confirmation of your order. Delays due to supplier constraints, shipping disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances will be communicated promptly.
5. Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT unless otherwise stated.
International customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs charges applicable in their country.
NETA Studio reserves the right to adjust prices or correct typographical errors without prior notice.
6. Delivery and Risk
Delivery is managed through trusted logistics partners. Once your order leaves our studio, risk and responsibility transfer to the customer or courier.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct and accessible. If delivery is unsuccessful due to an incorrect address or failure to receive the item, any redelivery costs will be borne by the customer.
7. Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer refunds; however, we do allow returns and exchanges under certain conditions.

8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including imagery, text, designs, and product names — is the property of NETA Studio.
