We deliver across South Africa and ship internationally upon request.

2. Delivery Costs
Local delivery within South Africa is calculated at checkout.
Bulk or trade orders may qualify for consolidated delivery — please reach out for a tailored quote.
International delivery costs vary by destination, weight, and courier service.
You are also welcome to arrange your own collection from our Johannesburg depot. Please coordinate with our team beforehand to ensure your piece is securely packaged and ready for transport.
3. Delivery Timelines
Because most of our furniture is made to order, delivery timelines depend on production lead times.
Typical lead times range between 4–6 weeks from order confirmation, excluding shipping time.
Once your order is ready, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a delivery. You will receive tracking details or a delivery window confirmation where applicable.
4. Delivery Conditions
Delivery does not include installation or placement unless previously arranged.
Please ensure that the delivery location is accessible and that all entryways, lifts, or staircases can accommodate the furniture dimensions.
Additional delivery fees may apply for upper floors, remote areas, or special handling requirements.
5. International Shipping
For international orders, NETA Studio will assist in arranging freight through our trusted logistics partners.
Please note that import duties, customs fees, and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
All items are securely packed and crated to meet international freight standards.
6. Inspection Upon Delivery
We recommend inspecting your piece upon delivery.
If there is visible damage to the packaging or the item itself, please note it on the delivery receipt and take photographs before unwrapping.

7. Delays
While we work closely with our couriers to ensure prompt delivery, delays may occasionally occur due to manufacturing schedules, customs processes, or logistical disruptions.
